I picked this mini USB desk fan mainly to keep my home office cool, especially on warmer days when I don’t want to blast the AC. It turned out to be a really good little helper. The five speed options give just the right amount of flexibility—sometimes I want a gentle breeze, and sometimes I need something stronger, especially mid-afternoon when the sun hits my window directly. Even on the highest setting, it's quieter than I expected, so it doesn’t distract me during video calls or while I'm working.The 360° adjustable head is also a big plus. I can point it exactly where I need it, whether it’s at my face, my hands, or even just circulating air around the room. It's also compact enough that I can move it around easily—from my desk to my bedside table without it taking up too much space. I’ve even tossed it into my backpack a couple of times for hotel stays.One thing I appreciated is how stable it feels despite the small size—it doesn’t wobble or slide around when running. It’s USB-powered, which is perfect for my setup since I can plug it into my laptop or a power bank. For something so portable and affordable, it’s done a great job at keeping things more comfortable. Not a powerhouse, obviously, but definitely efficient and surprisingly reliable for a fan this size.

It seems like the seller has a few different fans for sale and the description of this fan has now changed to a "neck fan".The fan that I am reviewing is the one that I show in the pictures that I have attached to this review.This is a great little rechargeable desk fan. It is very quiet and has 5 speeds that you can step through by pressing the "on" button. You can either cycle through all these to get to "off" or you can just press the separate "off" button - this is a nice feature, no need to press and hold or try remember how many times to press it - just press off, jut like we used to on all devices!This fan is fairly light and the fan body can tilt 360 degrees. Just as I was taking a picture for this review I tried to slide the fan across my desk - the good news is that the feet are very grippy and it did not want to slide, the bad news is that I discovered that it is not very stable when pressed from the side and it quickly tipped over and rolled across my desk.Not a big problem, just be aware. I would not have been happy if it knocked over my coffee cup.

I bought this portable neck fan mainly for outdoor workouts and yard work, and it’s honestly been better than expected. It’s lightweight, fits comfortably around the neck, and the bladeless design makes it feel safer and more modern compared to older fans.The 3-speed settings are useful — even the lowest speed provides decent airflow, and the highest speed gives a noticeable cooling effect, especially when I’m sweating. The LCD battery display is a nice touch so I know when it needs charging. Battery life is pretty solid — I got around 4–5 hours on medium.Only downside is it does make a low humming sound on the higher setting, but nothing too distracting.

I ordered this small size desk top fan for my work desk, as sometimes the temperature gets really hot while I sit and work in front of my computer, where I often sweats. Therefore when I see this rechargeable desk top fan available, I ordered right away and so far I am very happy and satisfied with it!This portable small size desk top fan is made in nice quality and nice craftsmanship. I really like that it is rechargeable so I can put it anywhere I want. The fan has 5 fan speeds to choose from and it is very easy to operate. The head can actually turn 360 degrees, which a big plus to me for the convenience to have a breeze on any angle. Overall super useful in my personal opinion. I like it very much and I do happily recommend to everyone. :)

Let's start with the title description. It's wrong. This not a wearable neck fan it is a small desk fan. That being said, everything else in the advertising seems correct to me. This little baby is a bargain at the current low pricing of under $17This small desk fan is so quiet, you will forget it's on, unless you are in front of it and feel the breeze. It has 5 distinct speeds and you just push the on button to get the one you want.At first when I turned it on and put my hand in the very front of it, I don't feel any "breeze" and was disappointed. Then I set it down and forgot about it. When I walked past later it was blowing on me. Turns out you need to be at least a few inches away from it to feel the breeze. Don't get me wrong the breeze is very adequate even at just 1. I set this beside me and it keeps me cool without being intrusive and it is so quiet. Usually I would have to turn up the TV to hear better with a fan on but not with this little guy. The best part is it is rechargable and I can take it anywhere.

Started leaking and spraying grease all over itself and the shroud after only a few days of use. The room it was in was hot but not above 30c. A fan should be able to handle being on in a warm room without the bearings heating up and spraying grease.
