I received a rechargeable bladeless neck fan. This was my first neck fan, and I was interested how it would perform. This fan is worn around one’s neck, and provides a continuous stream of air that blows upward to cool your head. This neck fan is made largely of plastic, seems well built and is quite simple to operate. The U shaped fan hang around your neck with the air vents pointing upwards and is quite light in weight. The U shaped fan is somewhat flexible, and can be made narrower or wider, depending upon your liking. There is a single power button that cycles through 3 fan speeds. I personally liked the slowest speed, as it provides a nice flow of air with a minimal amount of noise, and this speed can provide 6 hours of continuous cooling. The next 2 higher speeds blow a fair amount of air upwards, and although the fan noise is still not as loud as bladed fans, does becomes more noticeable and may annoy some people. The fan is accompanied by a user manual and a USB charging cord, and you will need to supply an appropriate power supply with a USB-A port (not included). There is a nice led display that shows the percentage of charge available and the current fan speed. Overall, a nice way to keep cool on those hot summer days.

Because of where the fans are, when it is on it's highest setting it's quite loud. The fans are right below your ears when this is on, so you definitely can tell it's on. When on the slowest setting it is very quiet while not as windy, so it really is a trade off. In situations where you really want to stay cool with headphones on, I think this would be perfect. It uses USB C to charge which is a big plus.
