We bought this to replace the roller in our HP LaserJet Pro 400 (as advertised). We sadly got swamped with a ton of events and didn't get a chance to do the repair until 2 days after return window closed. Once we took apart our old assembly, we noticed this is not the correct part - it is too small for the HP LaserJet Pro :(For a printer that it does fit, it looks like it is a good part.
