With two sprained feet I bought these at the beginning of my sprains, as shoes bothered my feet so much. They have a nice little heel support. I’m not walking far but working up to it and graduated to a better memory insole. Worth the price, lightweight and easy to cut.

Realized the problem with several pairs of winter boots was that they honestly did not have any type of insole. Although these insoles made the fit a bit tighter, it also made wearing the boots more comfortable and great to have in if you need to walk alot.

According to the description I thought I was getting 2 pairs. (2 count) in description but only received one pair. The item itself feels like paper thin pool noodle texture with a bit of memory foam in the heel. Not worth the money, will return.

I wear steel toes almost every day for work, and I walk on asphalt and concrete too. I found that my feet were killing me at the end of the day, but after buying these insoles I've noticed a huge difference in how tired my feet were! They're great!

I use these insoles as extra soles for shoes that fit a bit too big for me. Great that I can cut them to size and my feet end up fitting perfectly in the shoes. Sometimes, these kinds of non-orthotic general insoles make your toe area feel tight but, not these. They're very comfortable.

I bought this to make a leather boot that was half a size too big fit better but this made it way too tight. Foam doesn't look like good quality.

I don’t have the worst feet, but I need some arch support. A doctor once had me by orthotics, but they were lost in a fire.I use these in shoes without removable insoles or over the insole that comes with the shoe. What I like about these is that they don’t add too much height to the heel. That’s a real problem for me. My heels are high and narrow. Most insoles lift my heel, so the shoe hits the wrong place. They make the shoes a little smaller, mainly at the heels, but mine are very narrow, so that works for me. They take up less room in my toes, where my foot is wide.I tried on a pair of shoes on “last call” at a store and forgot these were even in my shoes. I think they have been there for a year or So. It was good because the shoes had no arch support, and I needed to test them with insoles. The new shoes were much better than without an insole, even though they were a year old. Still, I decided to replace my old ones, too, as they were a little flat, and I realized they were in there. My current trainers have insoles, but the heel was loose, so I put these in over them.I think these work with more types of footwear than many insoles for women’s shows. They looked perfect in the shoe after a year, although they were a bit flat towards the toe. These are more functional than most because they work in different kinds of shoes and provide some arch support. I don’t have a problem with the ball of my foot, so I can’t comment on that. They are very reasonably priced.

Can use it in conjunction with other insoles, because it is not too thick. Not sure how durable the material is, however.

3 estrellas por el hecho de sólo ser factibles para el hogar o la oficina, no me gustó que el producto se compactará de tal manera que ya no cumplía su función al compactarse totalmente en la ocasión que decidí ejercitar con estas plantillas (caminar y correr).Recomendado para aquellos que no planean demandar un alto rendimiento a la plantilla.
