I've used mine many times now and it's worth it's weight in gold! Makes changing brake rotors a quick job as you no longer have to fight with the rotor retainer screws with one of these in your toolbox.

Excellent impact driver. Some people complained about the quality of the included bits. I've had no problem with them. I used this to open up and rebuild the world's rustiest alternator, great tool.

I got this item to do a brake job on my car. It worked well at removing the two retaining bolts on one of my brake rotors but the tip of the bit snapped off on the second rotor. I received a replacement but had the same problem with it--the bit broke on the first try. The impact driver itself seems to be well built but the bits are too weak to handle serious work. They seem to have used the weakest metal they could find for the bits.I would give the impact driver 4 stars and 0 stars for the bits.

I bought this impact driver to remove brake rotor screws. The impact drive itself is great, but the bits are too weak to be rated as "impact grade".The #3 phillips bit broke on my first use. In the end, I had to buy new impact bits from my local automotive store. I would give the impact driver itself a 5-star rating, just not the bits.

Well made quality tool that is indispensable for backyard mechanics. I've used this well over a dozen times so far and it has held up well and worked as advertised. A must have to remove certain screws and fasteners on autos. It comes in a metal case that fits the tool and the bits perfectly.

The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars and not less is because the driver itself is pretty decent, and comes in a nice little metal case for storage. The bits, on the other hand, and low quality garbage and should not be used. Ignoring other reviews, I decided to give them a try anyway, and the end of the #3 Phillips bit twisted off and basically melded with the head of the rotor retention screw on my TL's brake rotor. I ruined three drill bits attempting to drill that screw out, and ended up needing an air chisel to remove it (good thing I was replacing the rotor at the time).So, my suggestion would be to go to Sears and buy their impact bits. They're significantly better than these, and only cost $2-3/each.

I bought this to unscrew a few stubborn screws to replace the Rotors on my 2009 Honda Accord and this thing worked like magic!It managed to unscrew them without any damage to either the screws or the rotor base (I ended up using the same screws back with the new rotors).Feels solid and overall seems like its made from good material (Used it only once so cannot really comment on durability)

I bought this thinking of all of the screw heads I have ruined over the years and how I've used the old hacksaw a flat slot trick to extract them. This sounded right, so I bought it for future use. Well, it wasn't long till I had my test for it. I bought a chipper/shredder and the first time I had to remove the blades I found the screws hopelessly too tight. I know when an allen wrench is about to cam out of a slot and this would never have removed the screw. I tried good quality penetrating oil and still no luck. I ordered the bits to fit through Amazon, and when they arrived, I used this driver to get the screws out with very little difficulty. The impact shock combined with the effect of driving the bit safely down into the socket at the same moment as the torque works beautifully. Put one of these in your tool kit to save your bacon some day. Price is very reasonable.

I used this tool to successfully remove to screws from a rotor. However, what I did not immediately realize is that by then, the bit had warped, causing me to strip the next screw. Now I have to figure out if I can get better bits and how I can get the screw out...Not a quality product.
