My baby loves the piano-looking one, because it has different textures and sounds. He is satisfied, so I'm satisfied :-).

This is a really great toy for babies. They can enjoy it during tummy time up until they're sitting up on their own. I love all of the colours, pictures and shapes. It provides a very stimulating and sensory experience for babies which is great for brain development. There's different textures too which is great for tactile development. It's easy to set up and fold back up making this perfect for travelling.I like the attached teethers. This would make an excellent baby shower gift or for a newborn baby!

I ordered this to give as a Christmas gift to a new baby in the family, which was fine, until I was recently told that it came with a choking hazard warning?!? That makes no sense whatsoever. Why would a toy for an infant be made with anything that might be a choking hazard?? That is a very poor design by the manufacturer. The toy itself seems well made with high contrast colours and pictures, which is ideal for babies. It also includes a mirror and various textures to help develop sensory motor skills. But I'm sorry to say that none of this can overcome a choking hazard.

This is an ok toy for a baby who is just getting up on their stomach. The mirror is a bit distorted, although clear enough to make out one's reflection. The "piano" is a set of key images on the mat and they crinkle and squeak when pushed. The different in the sounds from one key to the key was very similar, so much so that it was a bit confusing to the little user and they lost interest in it fairly quickly. It was not a toy that my little test buddy was quickly drawn to, even thought it is very brightly coloured. It is unclear what the pointed triangles are for. I think to make baby appear as a cat when looking in the mirror. That seems rather irrelevant, but I am not an educator, so there may be some meaning in having those there. The teething rings are too short except to use from the side. The toggles were tricky to get into the elastic to make the toy stand as a triangle. I feel the toggles might present a choking hazard, so as with all things baby, parental supervision is required. The stitching was complete, no errors were found in the seams and there were no gaps or snags in the construction of the materials. In all, this is an ok toy, but I feel that there are better options at this price point.

TLDR first, then my impression:PROs:- visually appealing colours, shapes, and patterns.- also features a variety of crinkle sounds and texture.- nice to the touch; made of durable and quality material.- each playmat features two sides with different contents.- the larger one can be folded, hanged, or stood on its own--very versatile and suitable for different environmentCONs- the listed picture with a kid is out of scale, which could be misleading (see my attached image for comparison).- price is on par with products of another well-known brand in retail stores. Our little one's eyes light up at first sight of these playmats seeing that it features eye-catching illustrations and textures with different tactile feedback. It is suitable for infants who need to do tummy time or practice crawling--I'd say those aged 3 months old and plus. The different shapes, patterns, and colours on each side of the playmats are visually appealing and stimulating for the brain. The cloud-shaped piano mat makes crinkle sounds; no battery is needed. The material appears to be durable and safe. All seams are well sewn. The piano mat may go into the washer, but probably not the other one with a mirror.Overall, it's a good starting point to introduce toddlers to recognize colours, sounds, shapes, and patterns. The price at $23.99 is currently on par with other well-known brands.
