It's not an easy size pin header to find. It's all kind of vague... Standard 2.54mm headers are the right pitch but are the wrong pin size. It took searching the correct keyword on here to find these, and boy I'm glad I did. I am currently in the early beta phase of an 8 channel programmable addressable LED controller, and I pull one pin out and they work like a charm. Logic and power are isolated, so whatever your PSU can deliver via 5V molex is what you can push through. They comfortably fit the four different manufacturer's 3 pin cables I have (the type with a gap) and hold as well as they do on motherboard pin headers.

I searched unsuccessfully for this exact item and ended up buying a header strip that didn’t work because it had square pins and another with round pins that were too small. These are exactly what I was looking for (a substitute for items that were missing from the package containing an aio cpu cooler with rgb fans) and I’m only sorry that I didn’t find it sooner.

These were recommended to use to connect LED lighting strips together with the remote modules so it can be done solder-less. However, when used with Sinnry 4 Conductor Quick Solderless Couplers, the headers were too short to make a good connection. I had to solder the ends to extend them just a tiny bit and then the controller was able to make a good connection. They work but you might have to be picky on the kind of connector you use with them for LED lighting.
