I use these Ringside gloves, on a heavy bag, 2-4 times a week with a minimum of 3, 3 minute rounds each time of use. I've used these gloves for more than 2 years. They have served me well. I'm a 200 lb guy who punches the bag hard, I don't just tap. The padding is starting to deteriorate on me, so I'm back to buy another set.

I have to admit I was skeptical about getting these, never workout with heavy bag. These were easy to put on and have a nice fit. You can do it yourself, yes using your teeth but you get a snug fit. Offer good protection to my fist and help keep wrist stable without additional wrapping. After a month I look forward to the bag work as part of a cardio kicker to a great workout. Solid well built product at a reasonable price and fulfillment was easy too with Prime. Really happy with my purchase.

Los compré para alternarlos con otro par de title que tengo. Definitivamente no son para entrenamiento duro. Los usé moderadamente en trabajo de costal, manopleo y sparring y en menos de 6 meses el relleno se desplazó y las costuras internas se abrieron. Para principiantes tal vez sean buena opción pero para mayor exigencia definitivamente no los recomiendo.

These are pretty basic gloves not bad however not the greatest support or padding still good pair of beginner gloves

Well, they are just great! Especially, considering the price! They fit perfectly with wraps, and MOST IMPORTANT - they allow for good fist formation! The padding is very good as well. They don't SEEM to provide a lot of wrist support, but for some reason, my injured wrists find them much more comfortable for the bag work than other, more expensive, gloves with a "better" wrist support. Over all, I'm very impressed!

Gloves came in perfect condition. I was surprised what great quality the gloves are. Very sturdy and built with great material. Great padding for the knuckle areas to keep them well protected. I have been using it for over 5 months now, and it has yet to show any signs of wear & tear. I am very pleased with my purchase for the money I spent.
