Picture a little misleading. I thought I was getting 2 nets, 1 short and 1 long. The scale would have been a nice bonus if it wasn't broken. The battery cover doesn't snap shut so it can't close. Doesn't come with batteries so that was a bit annoying. Don't even want to buy batteries to test it if the battery cover doesn't work...useless.

Folds well and quick to open. Good length when extended. So far it has been durable even though I've gotten hooks stuck in it many times. Fits in my backpack and out on the paddleboard.

The "FREE" electronic scale is junk. The door does not close properly and it feels like a dollar store special. The net is well less than cheap junk as well. It is no "light" that it will bend in half if you catch a five pounder fish. The net in order to bend is only held together by cheap wire, and is sure to rip apart. Gotta find my package and return this immediately. LOOK for anything other than this. There is a reason its not available anymore.

The scale is hard to get to work, the batteries do not fit in properly so the unit keeps turning off and on so you have to bend the pins - which then stops the battery lid from closing. I had to put tape on it to keep it closed.

Honest review here.I love that this fishing net is light weight and easy to carry and store. The reason we gave it a 4 out of 5 was that the fish scale was not great quality.The fishing net is good quality and durable. Foldable and has a telescoping pole to extend it. Great to store b/c it can be smaller for storage.Hope this is helpful!

This review is for the Rngeo Folding Fishing Landing Net.Updated February 7, 2021 with a photo of the first fish landed with this net. I was able to deploy the net from fully folded, with one hand, while reeling in the (admittedly small) fish.This is a great idea for a landing net which is normally used only a small fraction of the time spent fishing, but takes up space and is a tangle-hazard 100% of the time.I typically fish from a three seater canoe and have (optimistically) stowed a traditional landing net under the seat. This Rngeo net takes up much less space when folded, yet can be quickly and easily opened up and telescoped to twice the length when needed. I have shown the old net, together with the new, in the photos for reference.It is a very practical solution for my needs with limited space on the canoe.The mesh on this net is relatively fine. The handle is lightweight and hollow, so might not be suitable if your usual catch is over 8lbs; it will be perfect for my 2-3 lb. range.In the photos, I also show the included digital fish scale. It seems to work ok although I have not checked for accuracy. The plastic is somewhat flimsy, and the battery cover fell off too easily for my liking.

I got the set for my poultry. A net to catch especially agile chickens and a scale to weigh birds with. They work well, seem durable enough and I'm happy with them. The mesh is not big open mesh but is on the smaller side to avoid tangling the birds up or doing a bunch of damage to their feathering.

cant beat the price for two fishing nets. My kids love to catch fish in the creeks, lakes you name it. I have four kids so a two pack is great, easy to fold up, compact and exactly what i was looking for. Easy for them to use and lightweight, great for travel.
