Pump failed after 6 months of use and almost caused sinking in rough water had it not been a for a backup pump. Do not recommend.

Great flow. Put it in a 5-gallon bucket, and it emptied it in about 30 seconds.

Had to replace a bilge pump. The 2000 Gold was less than the regular 2000, and about half of what the major boat parts sellers wanted.

Replaced a 15 year old Rule pump with this gold series. Hope it will last as long as the original rule that was there. Out of 4 bilge pumps on my boat, only 2 have been replaced after 15+ years in salt water usage. These pumps are great.
