Recientemente reemplacé el compresor de aire acondicionado de mi Ford F-150 2012 con este modelo y quedé muy satisfecho con el resultado. Desde la instalación, el sistema de aire volvió a funcionar como nuevo: enfría rápido, no hace ruidos extraños y mantiene una temperatura constante incluso en días calurosos.El compresor llegó bien empacado y con todas las conexiones necesarias. La instalación fue relativamente sencilla para un mecánico, aunque se recomienda reemplazar también el acumulador/filtro secador y hacer un buen vacío antes de cargar el refrigerante, para asegurar un rendimiento óptimo.En cuanto a calidad, el compresor se ve robusto y bien fabricado. Si tienes una F-150 de este año y estás experimentando problemas con el aire acondicionado, este compresor es una excelente opción.Muy recomendable por su rendimiento, compatibilidad y buen precio.

I bought this for my 2014 Ford F150 XLT and it was perfect. For anyone with a truck that is compatible, I highly recommend this AC compressor.Installation was very easy for two people to do, but I would not suggest attempting it alone.• Had to remove and replace vertically which was possible but slightly challenging• The screws lined up perfectly nice in place• This compressor comes pre-oiled for use so only a system vacuum and refrigerant is necessary to operate• One sensor clip is required. Very easy to attach from above once in placeThis thing feels stronger than the original. Granted the other one was old, but it ran super well. This specific compressor feels significantly more effective and is quieter than the factory one I had before.NOTE: I highly recommend you replace your ac belt with this as it has to come off to replace this anyways. Seek out YouTube guidance prior to install and definitely bring help.

First one that was sent out, didn't work out apparently.. not really sure what the problem was.. my mechanic asked if I could send it back for another unit because he felt this one "wasn't going to work"... ? Ok... so I requested to have the AC unit replaced or swapped .. return was accepted immediately and a new compressor was shipped and received in a couple days.. new unit was installed along with a new air dryer and now I have ice cold AC.. no noise.. no problem.. exact fit.. Fomoco logo.. excellent quality! Great value! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again if needed. Thanks!
