Seaflo pumps are garbage. Worse than that they have horrible customer service. I purchased 1and it lasted 3months and it failed.Called customer service and you can't talk to anyone.Made the mistake of buying a second one and that one didn't last 1 month. And I am still waiting for some kind of response on the first one. BAD BAD Business practices.

This pump is a significant upgrade from the 3gpm 12v pump I had before. I'm using it to provide well water from a sandpoint well to a small cottage. It powers the sinks, toilet, shower and washing machine easily. It is loud though, but all diaphragm pumps are loud. Pulls 15 amps when lifting well water 10 feet.

I feel that this this pump moves a little too much volume for my 5th wheel. I was previously running a 42 series Seaflo, which was very quiet with less cycling. I upgraded to this one to experiment with the additional volume that this supplies. Showers are definitely more powerful, but even after adjusting the bypass it still cycles a lot on low flow feeds like my RO filter (with a booster pump to insure RO gets enough pressure under all conditions). RO pressure meter fluctuates a lot with this pump.Possibly could be rectified with a accumulator tank to smooth out the cycling and absorb some of the surge from the larger flow. Ultimately I'll probably just revert to the 42 series and keep this one as the spare. No complaint against the actual pump, other than not a excellent match for my application. Seems like a very nice pump.

Pump works well.It would be better if I had the 4 bolts ti install pump. No fuse to connect to 12 volt on tractor.

I purchased this diaphragm pump approximately three months ago with high hopes for its performance. However, I am extremely disappointed to report that it unexpectedly broke down recently. Despite careful usage, the pump failed without warning, leaving me in a difficult situation. As a consumer, I expected a product of this nature to be durable and reliable, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I would caution others considering this pump to thoroughly research their options and perhaps explore alternative brands or models. Overall, my experience with this diaphragm pump has been disappointing and frustrating.

The pump itself appears to be well constructed. It was easy to install and replace my original 2014 pump. Time will tell but the original was 3gpm and 55psi and this one is 5.5gpm and 60psi. So I have faith that it will outperform my old pump! Just need to try it for a while and will revisit the review! Thanks

It is working very well after many months pumping water to my off grid home... and many tens of 1000s of gallons to irrigate about 10 trees on the property. I pump about 20,000 to 25,000 gallons per month. I bypassed the onboard pressure circuit switch within a week. Those never last on these RV style pumps for my application. I use a simple Square-D pump switch for that. It is the pump itself I need to push water at a reasonable rate and pressure for some time. I expect a few years of constant use from this pump. Motor and pump seem very well built. And very quiet when compared to other name brands I have been using for 7 years on this home.
