I use resistance bands as my primary mode of strength training. However I want some additional work by doing more functional training on light days of training.This is a versatile system with 6 handles. It is a heavy duty nylon bag with rubber lining inside. 9 double Velcro enclosure bags which can hold up to 7 lbs is included. There are no red lines to show me the max filling so I went by feel and the ability to still close the Velcro lips. The smaller bags are a rubber composite which is waterproof and dust resistant which is a big advantage over nylon bags alone.The potential exercises are virtually limitless from running while carrying the pack, bent rows, cleans, overhead presses, biceps curls, hammer curls, triceps extensions, chest presses, clean and jerk, burpees, push-ups, and dead lifts.The handles are very comfortable. This has a high quality zipper mechanism.With the shifting of the bags it helps contribute to strengthening core muscles. The irregular shape and weight distribution is also best for functional strength.Best part: it’s made in the USA.I just did a workout and it’s legit.

Exactly what I was hoping to receive. Sturdy seams and zipper. Individual sand bags seem to be constructed well. I may consider wrapping them in an extra layer of plastic just in case sand wants to leak, although that may be overkill. The material is a little rough, so I'm anticipating some scratches and and friction burns, but that's a comment on the material feeling like it can take a beating. Handles seem to hold very nicely with the 50lbs I have in it now.

Solid bag, tough and built sturdy. I’ve stuffed it with 70 lbs of sand and I haven’t had any problems. Highly recommended!

Good bag. Had to replace my old 40 lb one. First for more weight and secondly the old one had been coming apart sir to dragging it on some exercises. I filled all internal bags to capacity and it only weighed in at 50lbs. Not sure where to get the extra few lbs they advertise. I might be able to seize in another small bag from my old set.

Don't know egg it asked about " stretch" in the review. It is sturdy and robust. The many bags it comes with gives you very good tuning. Handles are great and the weight is prefect.
