Note:
- The thermal label printer can only print out black color.
- Download the app "NiiMbot" from apple store/google play.
- Connect the Bluetooth via "NiiMbot" app, not on the phone system.
- Keep the paper printing surface is downward,else it will not working.
- Pull the paper out a little bit so that it could print normally.
- Please use the template which recognized by the label maker to edit.
- Before printing,press the power button once to let the paper align automatically
- Please use a charger directly while you need fully charging the label maker.
- The label printer will flash a blue light when charging, even if the charging is completed.
- It is not recommended to stick the label directly on clothes or other fabrics. Rubbing and washing will affect the stickiness of the label and cause it to fall off.

Troubleshooting
1.The printer only loads paper without printing contents.
- Check whether the label paper is reversed.If not,double click the On/Off button to print self-test page.
- If the self-test page cannot be printed,the printer is malfunctioning.
2.Blurry printing
- Check the print density whose default value is 2 for the best printing effect.
- If the prints have a horizontal line or only some of contents can be printed,check if the print head is clogged and clean it with alcohol.
- If the print quality is poor,please use NiiMbot printer paper series.
3.The printer keeps delivering paper and cannot be stopped.
- if no paper gap is detected after 200mm paper is loaded,there are three possibilities as follows:
- Check the default paper type.Only NiiMbot exclusive themal paper can be used.
- When the cracking noise arise,the printer paper is used up.Please refill paper.
- If neither of the problems above occur,open the paper bin and close it before restarting.If the problem persists,the printer is malfunctioning.
4.An "Out of Paper" error displays
- Check if the printer paper has been used up.

the machine is great, lots of paper and easy to use. the application isn’t the best, but I got used to it. reliable and functional. I bought mine 3 years ago and it’s still working !

I purchased this to stick names on my electric panel as it was wearing off. I just downloaded the app and followed the instructions, it worked great! Will come in use for all my labeling needs!

This is a RIP-OFF. Too make it work you must pay monthly 5$ to use the App. Make it a 60$ year cost.

Ordered this printer a couple of years ago and only used it a few times with no issues. Now when i try to print something it comes out blank. Tried to contact customer service but the email just bounced back and also the chat with product support was not working either. Looks like i am stuck with a brick, very disappointing.

I got this for Christmas and have used it to organise the storage of Christmas boxes. I am not very tech savvy but I managed to hook up the blue tooth with the the label maker. The labels are a bit smaller than I thought but work very well on the boxes. It is kind of fun to play with.

Love the user friendliness of this labeller and the Bluetooth feature from my iPhone.10 points for the slick appearance reminiscent of an Apple product. Produces nice clean labels so much better than handwritten ones!

Syncing this product was very easy. Just be sure the roll of labels is installed with correct side for printing.Nice and light. Also purchased the carry case. Very nice.

Je suis contente de mon achat. Design parfait, j'ai pris la couleur vert clair.Rapidité d'impression impressionante! On peut imprimer 10 étiquettes autocollantes en 3 secondes (soit via l'application à télécharger sur le téléphone par exemple soit directement via l'appareil pour la dernière impression effectuée).Impression uniquement en noir et blanc.Pour ma part, contrairement à la majorité des commentaires, j'ai mis un peu plus de temps à appréhender l'application mais après, on prend vite la main. Je me suis mise à intégrer des petites images - style dessin de licorne trouvé sur internet - aux étiquettes.Je suis contente de pouvoir mettre sur une même étiquette le dessin, le nom, prénom, la classe et le numéro de téléphone.Par contre, j'aurai aimé que les étiquettes collent davantage sur les vêtements. Si je place les autocollants sur les étiquettes généralement sur le côté des vêtements, elles restent en place. Mais pas toujours si je les place sur l'étiquette au dos des vêtements. Je remplace régulièrement car aussi, elles ne tiennent pas après lavage.Je gagne malgré du tout du temps par rapport à avant où j'utilisais des feutres indélébiles. Et je manquais de place pour écrire aussi.
