Now make sure you have the authority to post one these where you live. They come in handy where neighbors or others want to argue about why there is a tow truck loading up their car. Also makes it easier if cops are involved sign is there the authority to post is there the right to tow it is there. No much to say now

We've had a problem with strangers using the far edge of our property to park. This blocks our road for utility workers and our own vehicles. This sign is less offensive than a standard No Parking sign which many people in their urge to park ignore. Our neighbors know to call ahead if they want to use it for guest parking which is fine, and this 'Assigned Parking' seems friendlier than just NO PARKING.

The sign came in great condition, it is durable and nicely made, it’s a shame that I received it 7 days (4 days to even get into the delivery system) after ordering when it was supposed to arrive next day. But like I said it is a good looking sturdy sign.
