I loved this product. Cut through cardboard like butter. Gave some to the rest of the families and one granddaughter, in art, used it all the time. Her and the other students love it.Recently mine ran out of battery. Now I used this from December until April. Sometimes at least once a day. It has failed to charge. I didn't receive a battery chargers with mine. So, beware when purchasing make sure you get a battery charger.

I do fiberhlass repair on windturbine blades. I purchased theses to speed up my cutting process and make cleaner cuts. Being left handed using regular scissors can be a bit of a hassle to cut with my opposite hand. Seen a few of theses online and these were the cheapest one I found. I figured for the price why not try them out..I have been more than happy with them I put them to use right out of the box and used them every day for a month without charging. The battery life is unbelievable. Put it on the charger for the first time last week. The blades cut really good I dont have a single complaint.

Instead of an "O" style and a "D" style, both blades are the same - "O" style, which is the weakest. No replacements blades are available, but you can search google for "Cordless Power Scissors replacement blades" without the quotes.The blades can be disassembled for sharpening, but by the time they need sharpening, the blade pivot will be worn out and the blade will wobble. The means instead of cutting, the tool will simply jam in place and make it impossible to move. It stops cutting, so you have to extract it and start over, but it can be very hard to remove.The battery has a short life, so you have to stop working and recharge it. The battery is not removable, so you cannot have a spare on standby.Basically, this product is a toy and not for extended use. Definitely not recommended.

I purchased these one year ago and they are still working great. I mostly use them to cut up cardboard from all of the deliveries I get every month. I've been doing a lot of online shopping and thus have a mountain of cardboard coming into my home. These take very quick work out of a huge box that will easily fit into our recycling bin with very little work. My hands love these as using normal scissors was getting harder to cut those boxes up and they were piling up before I bought these. I found the battery life to be really good and have only charged them up a couple of times over the past year. The blades are still working great and are still sharp. Highly recommend these to anyone.

This was two nice surprises. I had to cut massive amounts of cardboard to make feral cat shelters because more show up every year and stare at me.I was going to just buy exacto knives and decided to see if electric cutters are a thing. And they totally were! But I couldn't find any in a brand I recognized that looked like they'd last more than 5 minutes. Is it asking too much of Dewalt to make every tool I need so everything can be yellow?So I reluctantly bought these.They go through cardboard like it was paper. As long as you keep them at a perfect right angle they pretty much cut as fast as you can move your arm. The battery holds a long charge and after making 8 shelters nothing broke or fell off.They're not ridiculously strong though. With 1 layer of cardboard they whiz, with 2 they very slowly, deliberately can get through, like an old man with dentures eating corn.

These scissors work great, HOWEVER, you cannot buy replacement blades and I haven't been able to find anyone who can sharpen them. I don't intend to buy a whole new device every time I need sharp blades. ARE YOU LISTENING STALWART???

Great value, cuts well. Not strong enough for cutting 60% plush carpet. That should not go against its performance. I tried it and it felt that I was asking for to much from the tool. I would buy it again.

what a time and pain saver - I should have got this years ago ! much better than the "junior" version I lost a long time ago. I use this one on fleece fabric and pony suede, twill and plastic backed flock. Zips through really fast - sometimes a little faster than anticipated. So much better than scissors when cutting out large numbers of the same item. I have tried using a rolling blade - with limited success - this is THE BEST !
