We bought this fountain for indoor use. It’s easy to set up , it looks very nice and the water sound it’s very relaxing.The customer service from the company was excellent 5 star.

I fell in love with this fountain as I collect all things fluer Di lis (the French symbol as well as New Orleans). I also was thrilled to find an affordable fountain for my petite patio.When it arrived I was able to set it up fairly quickly, though it comes with 2 small black plastic tube like pieces that I still haven’t figured out what to do with. I filled it halfway with water enough to submerge the pump and plugged it in. It worked immediately! It is fairly loud so is better used outdoors. Very tranquil sound.I will be putting it outside (this was a test in case anything wasn’t working) so for now it’s in my entryway on the tile with a towel underneath. My dog and cat especially love it as they think it’s a fancy drinking fountain 😊The only negative is the instructions that came with the unit are extremely vague so I had to figure it out myself (a miracle for someone who isn’t good at putting things together).All in all I just love this fountain! It can sit on the ground against a wall though I think it looks nicer hung.

Only one of the three spouts at the top has an opening for the water to come out. This is our third of these fountains ( they don't last forever), but this is the first one with this defect. Will be sending back, which is a huge hassle.

This seemed great when I purchased it 5 years ago. The sound of water was nice on my small patio, and it looked great; but it quickly started to rust. It's now barely holding together. The motor no longer works. When I looked at the price of replacing, it, ($235) I changed my mind. I'll look for something of higher quality at a local garden center. There is also nothing supplied to mount it. If you are ok with buying a new fountain every 3 or so years, then it's a good purchase. I'd prefer something that is made to last outdoors.Can the manufacturer provide specs on a pump replacement? Thanks!
