DO NOT go solely by the model number printed on the front of the product user manual, as they often do not use the COMPLETE model number. Your model number plate or sticker will include the complete model number, serial number, manufacturer information, and will be necessary if you need to find compatible parts or request a replacement.

Bought the pump to move AC Condensation water from the furnace floor to the laundry tub located approximately10 feet away. It pumps the water through a 3/8" ID tube up 7-1/2 feet to the ceiling, then 10 feet across to the tub location, then down another 6 feet into the tub. Does exactly what I need, quietly and efficiently.

Purchased this item as our nearly 10 yr old unit started to work intermittently. Arrived on time. Is more powerful and quieter than our previous “little giant”. Has more hp and up thrust and has restored our peace of mind. Would recommend the seller as it was packaged appropriately and would recommend the product as it was easy to install and has an alarm which notifies you if the pump stops working and overflows. Thank you. Great last minute purchase. We hope it lasts without issue.

I like the fact that it was the same size pump physically as my old one, so I didn't have to make any changes to my discharge lines which are rigid pvc pipe. Also the noise level was excellent but like all the other pumps with the same specifications they could use more discharge pressure because you can put your finger over the end of the hose and there is basically zero pressure against my finger, meaning if there is any resistance in the line the pump would stop and just leak water all over the floor.
