These are super cute 100% cotton (+ velcro) sleep sack swaddles for 0-6 months. There is no sizing anywhere on the package or the swaddles themselves, but I'm guessing based on size. They're quite big! The velcro is interesting: it's one-sided, so the plasticy side attaches to a totally soft microfibery part of the swaddle, and both are soft enough to not be annoying for baby if touched. The sacks are pretty thin cloth, but clearly well-manufactured. This is good as it allows for layering options and use in all types of temperatures (the hotter it is, the fewer clothes + sack; the colder it is, the more clothes + sack). Everything is stitched neatly, and the designs are absolutely adorable! I don't understand why it's "machine wash cold" though; perhaps because of the velcro? Baby things needs to be cleaned and sanitized which is done with hot water, and remember: the hotter the water the fewer chemicals you need to get things clean. Which is why I'm in a perpetual war with modern washing machines. So I am going to attempt to wash these in warm (or hot) water and report back how they fare, if I remember to.
