I am happy enough with the helmet as far as it goes, but I was very disappointed to find the exact same helmet at WalMart for $9.99 (regular price!) shortly after paying $24.99 plus shipping for this one!

I was very pleased with this helmet, I purchased it for my two year old as part of his Thor Halloween costume which thanks to the helmet and a child size Thor hammer I purchased...he had an awesome costume! The adjustable straps on the helmet enabled me to fit it to his head size so it fit perfectly and was snug, it stayed on through an evening of trick or treating with no slipping at all. I was happy with the quality of the materials and how it is made, I do not at all think the plastic is too thinly made. The helmet is more of a head dress than an actual helmet since it is only the front half of the helmet but kids don't need an actual full on helmet for pretend play or for Halloween...it suits is purpose wonderfully!

My 4 year old loves dress up and pretend play. We always get his costumes a touch too big so he can wear them for Halloween and for a long time after as well. We purchased the helmet to go wit his Thor Halloween costume. I was nervous about the fit and the points when I ordered and was so pleased when it arrived. The tips seem pointy but are rounded and dull- no sharp corners. The plastic is a bit flexible so has held up to many hours of play. It has an adjustable velcro attached elastic on the top of the head which connects to the one around the back of the head. It was a touch too big, but it will allow him to grow into it or, it can adjust to fit his father's head if they are play Avengers together. The inside of the helmet has a forehead rest of soft squishy rubber to protect his wee head. Definitely a good toy for a decent price!

The great thing about this helmet is t h ere is no back! It is lightweight plastic, grey in color, and has elastic deals with Velcro fasteners. Kids acclimate because their heads are not closed in it. It's easy to put on, pull up, and take off. Not sweaty and lets the child breathe! Fits a child's head comfortably. Packaging good and delivery fast.
