These rear tie-downs perfectly fit into the OEM factory installed hitch hole and connected to one of the 3 bolts that holds the hitch to the frame. Installation couldn't be easier. Probably be best with an impact wrench/driver as removing the nut might be a challenge depending on the age of the truck and possible rust on the underside. I highly recommend this product.
