Fit Lexus 2006 LS430 perfectly, installed with engine off, turned ignition on first and started. Immediately heard the fans turn on and had cool AC in LS (parked in my hot shop). This part number is a replacement for the OEM part 90987-0216 which is not available any more.

I purchased this relay because my radiator fan would run constantly even when first starting the car and while it's warming up. When I removed the old relay the radiator fan would come on even if the engine was turned off which told me I had a bad relay. I purchased this and now it works just fine as it should.
