Bought 1 and it fell off the trailer, I thought I had the hang of putting it on and off the trailer till last week when the second one fell off and I’m not going to order another one. Hanging downward

This was supposed to be an aluminum puck lock. Not only is it not aluminum, it looks used and rusted!!! Also the package sais it’s aluminum and black!? At least the packaging was correct. Very disappointed. I hope that this is an error that trimax or vendor will correct.
