I have always walked on the sides of my feet and had been experiencing more pain from that than normal so I thought I'd try these. These insoles are made from a soft rubber with a sticky back to stick inside your shoes. They're also stackable so you can use more than one at once.I started off by using just one in one shoe. It worked great for the first few days but I started getting a very intense pain in my ankle and had to stop using it. I think after 32 years of walking one way, my ankle couldn't handle supporting my weight differently. They are a well made product and they might help you, they just didn't work for me.

These are a bit fiddly to use. Bit of trial and error to get the right combination/fit for me. All three together are too much and uncomfortable. The large one and one smaller one together seem to be functioning/working for me. Quality is okay.
