Operation based on the existing GSM / GPRS network and GPS satellites. This product can locate and monitor all remote targets through SMS or Internet.
This is particularly useful if your vehicle, pets, child or your property have been stolen.
How does it work?
Every time you want to locate the locator, all you have to do is call the SIM phone number or send a text message. Once connected, the unit will send you an SMS text message with a Google Maps link.

I did research and found the other product GF-07 is not GPS but LBS tracking. This one is.

1- La luz que debería ser intermitente para que funcione adecuadamente, nunca se pone intermitente, siempre queda encendido.2- Busquen este problema o similar comentario con otros dispositivos del mismo modelo TK-102, verán similar queja a la mia.3- Compre 4 dispositivos, ninguno de ellos funcionó como debería, siguiendo las instrucciones al pie de la letra, soy técnico y entiendo de tecnología.4- No trae consigo el cargador de 12 volt para vehiculo, de tal forma que pueda ser instalado con carga intermitente sin necesidad de estar retirando el dispositivo GPS del coche y cargarlo, para luego volver a instalarlo. Eso es incómodo. Se supone que debería instalarse de una vez, y ya lo dejas allí a escondidas!5- Compré aparte los cargadores de 12 volt, pero fue en vano, ya que el dispositivo funciona solamente unas horas, luego se prende la luz verde permanentemente, lo que hace que el dispositivo GPS no funcione (la luz debe ponerse intermitente como dice la instrucción, y como es en realidad).6- Muy amable el vendedor, pero no solucionan el problema, y es que en realidad, no funciona el producto. Me devolvieron el dinero.

It would not hold a charge unless it was plugged in. I even tried leaving it plugged in for an entire 24 hours and as soon as I unplugged it, the device would not power on. I downloaded the app and followed all the instructions with the activated sim card and setting the APN and everything possible to get it to work and even when it was plugged in which was the only way to get it to power on, the app said the device was offline. Device is completely unusable, and I consider myself relatively tech savvy but couldn't manage to use this simple tracker.

J'avais peut etre mal lu, mais considérant la mauvaise traduction c'est normal. Je ne croyait pas qu'il fallait acheter en plus une carte sims et une carte sd pour l'utiliser. Sans oublier qu'il faut que la carte soit activer avec un forfait incluant les sms. Donc au total l'appareil, les 2 carte et finalement 2 abonnement a une ligne de cellulaire parce que le gps en prend un et un autre pour envoyer le sms a la machine... Bref le gps en encore dans sa boite
