Great sander

ive tried using this sand multiple different surfaces, i.e. wood, fiberglass, aluminum and steel. right out of the box the thing weighs a ton, weighs more than my 4"x12" belt sander. trying to use this thing is almost impossible as it jumps around like the sand paper is very gummed up, i tried on some clean dry plywood with 150 grit, and 220 grit and the same thing, basically you cant let the weight of the sander down on your work piece without it bouncing an jumping all over the place. as far as i can tell the shaft is bent, but either way this thing is on the list of worst tools ive ever seen, going to return. negative stars.

The optional rotational or orbital switch is great it really makes the tool more versatile. Most cost much more that do this
