I bought this the day after ordering the name brand version (Fiskars) and while both have slightly different designs both are equally finicky.I returned the fiskars cutter as i need a cutter that makes smaller circles than it was capable of.This cutter advertises that it makes circles down to .5” - not true.The smallest size circle you can make with this cutter is as the pictured caliper shows is almost 3/4” far larger than 1/2”.Bummed. Will be returning a second cutter.Four stars though as frankly this is a better deal than the fiskars cutter. It comes with a double sided cutting mat, cuts a wider range of diameter circles and these blades are actually better quality than the fiskars on inspection. Dont believe the hate.

Sadly, this device is pure junk. The blade wouldn't stay upright or stable preventing anything close to correct operation. Incapable of cutting a circle even in simple printer paper.

This cutter broke the first time I used it. The blades falls off and it won't stay in place. It came with 2 extra blades supposedly secured to the device but when it arrived, the other one has already fallen off in its packaging. Also, everything fall apart when I tried to put it all together.I won't recommend anyone to buy this cutter. Total failure and absolute waste of money and time.

Was looking for something that would be able to make a circle hole on paper so that it could be hung on a door, after several other items, found this one and it works perfectly. Very Happy with product.The only thing i would say as a down side is the amount of pages it cuts at once, but after some time using it it is pretty easy to line it up each time.

Takes a little practice, but works well. You kind of have to guess where to put it if you're cutting out a picture, because part of it will be covered.

I returned this item to seller, because this cutter can not cut a small circle ring in center after the big circle had been cutout.
