Love the holster only one I have found for my gun that is a locking type don't like any other type of holder. Great for active people in the woods they have holsters for other guns but this is the only holster I've found with this good quality made for my gun

Fits my Walther PPQ M2 Navy perfectly. No play in the gun in the holster. The release button is intuitive and easy to find. My favorite feature is that when you use your trigger finger to release and draw the weapon, your finger does NOT align with the trigger. Rather, it is a ready position. There is no chance to pull the trigger upon drawing the weapon. If you think that's wrong, you need to train more. This is not a concealed carry holster, but the profile is slim. It can be used in a drop-leg set-up, and the holster can be rotated 360 degrees. If this is the type of holster that you would train with AND use in real-world situations, it is perfect. It is also a great range holster. If you are training for concealed carry, I would train with an appropriate holster that matches your real-world use.Incidentally, the holster I received is made by IMI. Lucky me.

This IMI OWB polymer holster works great with my Walther PPQ M2 5" Standard 9mm, fits like a glove, clicks right in there, nice positive click, and for someone with no experience with retention holsters, it's extremely easy and intuitive to use. I'm used to kydex IWB holsters. This holster is not great for concealed carry, it sits quite far from your waist/body, only for use in the winter I'd say. It's more like what a police officer would wear. If you don't really care too much about printing, then you could do it. It kind of sits far out from your hip/body. It definitely is not close to your body, it could be much much closer. Idk if the belt clip attachment would get it any closer. One thing I will say, is that this holster as it comes, does not feel as attached/secure to my waist as my IWB kydex holster does. Maybe that's obvious, given that it's an OWB holster closer to a service/duty holster. Part of it has to do with the way it clips on to your belt. It feels loose and not well secure when there is no gun in the holster. But once you put the weight of the gun in, it feels like it's not gonna come off easily. But alot of my concern probably is due to the fact that I didn't get the additional belt clip attachment. I'm just using what came with the holster. There is one more thing I must say - that before you use this holster, PLEASE check the interior of the holster, the place on the inside, where the retention part is, there is a plastic circle that is right next to it. It's a circular molded polymer ring, and you need to check the edges of it. Because mine were pretty sharp edges, and it actually can scratch your gun or cause holster wear. What I had to do, is use a nail-file and sand/file those sharp polymer edges down, and it easily corrected that problem so sharp edges are not rubbing against the gun. This is probably important if you want to avoid holster wear or scratches to your prized handgun. I'm lucky I discovered this as early as I did for my pistol, but wish I knew before I holstered it even once. I don't know if it's just my particular holster, but I'd bet that others have it as well, or there is just a problem with quality control. The rest of the holster seems so well made, but this one thing was noticed by me, perhaps they should address this issue with their holster. Also was disappointed that I couldn't get the 'Walther' logo on this holster. I've seen some versions that have it, but none were available. Since it's apparently made for the Walther PPQ M2, why no Walther logo? =(

When I switched to Walther as the maker of my home defense sidearm and go-to range pistol (because let's face it, Glocks are just plain ugly) I was a bit nervous about the availability of aftermarket products for my PPQ. After searching and searching for a suitable holster, I thought, "cuss it" and ordered this IMI holster. I wasn't expecting much and knew I'd have to wait at least a month for the holster to arrive. But hey, it was cheap so why not use it until I can find a higher quality product? I will not be searching for a new holster. Period. The product was in the mail just one day after I placed the order, and 6 business day's later the holster arrived at my home in Missouri. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.First of all, the holster is ridiculously comfortable. It adjusts in seconds with a few twists of a hex key (included), and you have unlimited options concerning the cant you prefer. It can be worn without issue anywhere along the waistline. Second, The gun locks into the case very securely. Once in place, your Walther won't be going anywhere...unless you want it to. The draw is fluid, intuitive, and effortless. The release button is pressed with the trigger finger and the pull places the finger safely away from the trigger itself. One downside I must mention though. The holster will not work with all after market sights. The clearance for the front sight doesn't give you much more room than is needed by the factory sights. I'll be updating this review when I finally settle on some new sights, right now I'm thinking Truglo, but we'll see.Bottom line, this holster is everything I could have hoped for and more. It functions wonderfully and comfortably as a range holster, and performs double duty as a perfect open, or even concealed, carry option. Finally, the aesthetics of this holster are, in my opinion, perfect: understated and utilitarian. It compliments my Walther PPQ M2 5" perfectly. One last thing, you can certainly buy IMI products from other retailers on here (looking at you, Ultimate Arms and Holster King) but save your time and money and order directly from these guys. Zahal's customer service is wonderful, and the shipping is fast, unlike some others (looking back at you Ultimate Arms, four days and counting and I'm still waiting for you to put my belt clip in the mail)...But I digress. Order it. You won't be disappointed.
