I am between sizes with wearing a 6.5 or 7 in shoes so was really hoping merino wool running socks would fit and they do! I wore them right away when working out in our (cold) gym in the garage and my feet stayed toasty warm for an hour+; they weren't hot and they weren't cold. The socks are super comfortable, but also not too thick so that it impacts fit in my shoes.I am very happy with these socks and the price is great for three pair - I've paid as much for one pair from popular outdoor brands. We live in the mountains at 5000'+ elevation so warm socks are a must!

These socks are literally perfect and very high quality but the sizes run a bit too small. They are made for size 5-7 female feet and I’m a size 9 unfortunately. Kind of a bummer but a great product overall.

This is a review of WANDER Breathable Running Ankle Socks 3 Pairs Merino Wool Cushioned Compression Support Thermal Low Cut [medium]These are comfortable ankle socks. My foot measures at the bottom of size medium socks. I often order the next size up in socks because these days socks usually run small and I don’t want socks squeezing my toes. But the size chart led me to the right size. Enough room, but not so large that they are uncomfortable inside shoes. They are stretchy enough to accommodate a bitter foot than mine. The top edge of my socks is grey; I wish the solid grey reach a bit farther down because some of the lower sock design — with light grey, darker grey, and black — shows a bit over the top of my shoe. But the fit and fabric are perfect.

When ordered this was listed as $18.98. For being only 40% merino wool that seems a bit high unless they fit exceptionally well. They don't. I ordered these in a medium and wear a women's size 8 (occasionally 7.5-8.5) with a slighty wide footbed. While there is nothing "wrong" with these socks, for the price and saying they're "cushioned" and "compression" I really expected more. The cushion, if any, is very minimal, the compression is nonexistent. At least not for my size. The cutoff for Medium should really be no smaller than women's size 9-10.**Note** I received this item at a reduced cost as part of the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for my honest review. Vine products are not free, as their value is taxed as income. I review items based on if I had purchased them for the full list price, how I would feel about them, the things I would want to be made aware of, and whether or not I would be keeping the item based on those factors.

These are the best of both worlds, warm wool for cooler weather running but low profile so you don't overheat or have restriction/tightness around calf like higher wool running socks. They are boxed nicely, show the materials and care instructions. They are super comfortable. I wear a women's size 8.5 and ordered a Medium. Fit is nice but has a bit of room to shrink if that happens. (I have bought other socks that were too tight and had no room to shrink and were too tight the first time I accidentally threw them in the dryer... not the case with these socks!)Compression is very light, offers slight support but not tight at all.The price for three pairs seems about average, so a decent value. If anything comes up with durability after a few more wears and washes, I will update this review. Otherwise, you can assume it is sufficient, I'm still happy with it and would recommend this product! :)
