I bought an automatic water boiler from another brand before, but it was terrible and didn’t even work. This one was my second try, and honestly, I didn’t have high hopes since there weren’t many good reviews. But I was really surprised — it’s super sturdy, boils water fast (about 10 minutes), and the timer feature to schedule on/off times is super helpful. It saves electricity and has made a big difference for my bubble tea shop.

This is a large water heater with easy to use nozzle that can serve water directly under boiling temperature for making tea, coffee, or instant soup/noodles.Despite being very efficient with high output, it looks great and then go on any desk or countertop in even a small office. The water that comes out is perfect for starting to brew tea or even a pouch of instant ramen. You can smell the product cooking right away once the water hits it because it is nearly boiling. You can leave it on all day while slowly filling The water back up as you use it. And at the end of the day if you forget about it there is an auto shut off feature so you don't have to worry about turning back around and taking care of it if you leave your office for the night.Overall this is a quiet, efficient, fast heater that can replace the need for boiling large pots of water in a kitchen, and can also have servings of water available in any office or shop set up.

I ordered this ‘Water Boiler Eletric Commercial Hot Water Dispenser Countertop 10L Black Automatic 1500W Fast Heating for Restaurant, Home, Office (Without Filter)’ in order to have hot water available at all times. I figured with this machine we could kiss our old tea kettle goodbye.One thing I need you to mention at the beginning here…this ‘Water Boiler Eletric Commercial Hot Water Dispenser Countertop 10L Black Automatic 1500W Fast Heating for Restaurant, Home, Office (Without Filter)’ does need be plumbed into a water line. I did not realize this when I ordered it…my fault I guess. But installation is actually quite simple. It really just involved installing a ‘t’ to the cold water outlet going to the kitchen faucet. It took all of a half hour to hook up.I’m impressed with the performance of this ‘Water Boiler Eletric Commercial Hot Water Dispenser Countertop 10L Black Automatic 1500W Fast Heating for Restaurant, Home, Office (Without Filter)’ for a number of reasons. Firstly, it heats up the water relatively quickly. The ‘instant’ hot water dispensers do work a lot quicker, but given the capacity of this machine, it does a good job.Secondly, this hot water dispenser keeps all the water in the tank at an even temperature. I was afraid that there were going to be ‘hot and cold spots’ when I ordered the machine…there aren’t. I tested it by measuring the temperature of three different dispensed cups of water from this machine. They all measured within a couple of degrees of each other. I was impressed by that.Third, I like that you can program this ‘Water Boiler Eletric Commercial Hot Water Dispenser Countertop 10L Black Automatic 1500W Fast Heating for Restaurant, Home, Office (Without Filter)’ for the temperature of water you want dispensed. That is a very handy feature. First of all, this water boiler has very great elements which takes less than 6 minutes to heat up. The whole body made with grade A materials which is easy to clean up. In addition, the size is perfect for parties or big families. I personally use it to make Chai and works perfectly. Highly recommended.
