Man! This helmet is just like an original! It is not flimsy or thin, it is comfortable and durable. It is not too heavy and can easily be worn for long periods of time. There is a tightening mechanism inside the helmet so that it will easily fit to any size head. This is a great item and I’m sure my son will appreciate it for a long time to come!

I was worried this would be too heavy and big for my 8 year old, but he wanted it SO BAD. He absolutely loves it! It feels legit, and fits him fine (he does have a fairly large head). It is heavy but it doesn't bother him.

Beware this is a post war replica, not a WWII replica. WWII M1s had a front seam while post war/ Korea had rear seam. this has a back seam. The hemet also jiggles from side to side while being worn. I have used and worn an original and there is a major difference. In the feel of it on your head. Perfect for a little kid or for cosplay. But if you’re looking for reenacting get a real one. Don’t be a farb.
