Very strong and very adhesive. The one thing that lets it down is the shiny texture. It makes the repair very noticeable when the lights are on or it is sunny.

The adhesive was less powerful than I thought. I tried to fix a air mattress with this kit but the small hole was in a crack and this kit was not sufficient to repair it. I ordered vinyl cement and patch.

I was hesitant on purchasing this patch kit as there are so many different reviews and different brands, took a leap of faith and glad I did. The patch kit comes with two rolls you cut them to the desired size you need . I needed one 6-in piece and about five smaller patches about the size of a beer bottle cap each and every patch installed worked absolutely perfectly and i would definitely recommend this product without hesitation. I used it on an air mattress if you are looking to seal a hole in your air mattress this is for you

I normally use Tear-Aid brand Type A and Type B. XFasten sounded like it can do both and at a cheaper price. WRONG!! I tried it on my inflatable boat and the tape lifted within 1.5 hours. Had I been in the water, I would have been in trouble or at the very least, wet. I will amid that the leak was on a Valve and the shape was not flat but I certainly did not expect it to lift off. I replaced the XFasten with Tear-Aid and tested it again, it was still inflated after 12 hours but had gone a little softer - still very usable and the tape stayed fully attached. I just need to reinflate next time. If you need to rely on the tape to do its job, I would not recommend this product.

When we took the gazebo cover down last fall it was damp so i left i on the deck for an hour to dry, I did not see the acorn under it.....The squirrel did, chewed a hole acorn sized in the cover. This product repaired the hole when we put up the cover this week, Just had two days of very wet and very windy weather and this tape is rock solid. I am impressed and very pleased. Great product.I have to say after a whole summer out in the exceptional summer heat we have had this year this product has far out done my expectations. Saved Our gazebo cover. Terrific product.
