These insoles come only in a fairly large size, but are easy to cut to your size with the guide lines at the toe end. They are not too thick, but have just enough cushioning for comfort. They are exactly what I needed for a pair of very flat soled shoes.

Excellent value for the price. I can cut the toes to fit my shoes exactly and I can now wear my boots for hours on end without getting sore feet like before

These insoles are fairly decent and I didn't have to cut them to size at all (male size 11). It fits very well in all of my shoes. They provide some cushioning, but not an outstanding amount. Decent for the price, but nothing to brag about.

These are better than expected. Good value. Very cushioning, the ball of foot thickness means that your shoe will fit tighter in that area, so just be aware that they are thick enough to make your shoes fit much tighter. I bought these to make slightly too large shoes fit better and they worked perfectly. I use these in high heels, not flat shoes.

Email the company and await a responce on a resolution (i think they should simply send me the missing insoles free of charge). They are comfy BUT they sent me 1 left foot insole and 5 right feet insoles. Suposed to be 3 left feet and 3 right feet equaling 3 pairs.....they owe me 2 left feet insoles which if they send them to me i'll update my review. They are very comfy which is why i dont want to ship them back and have to wait for a new package that could have an odd amount in it as well instead its simpler to just send me the two left feets that are missing- i could use at least the one pair till the others arrive.

I’m a size 8 and ordered that size and fits perfectly in my shoes and boots. I bought these bc I have a few shoes and boots that are almost a size too big and this filled that space nicely. I recommend them and hope they last awhile. Like that there’s 3 pairs in a package as well

Overall it's a very good insole and it has probably saved a few of my shoes from being tossed for being uncomfortable, but it does have one issue. The insole is mostly flat, which I like because I have fallen arches and I HATE arch support insoles. If I wear anything with arch support then my arches hurt for days after. So I specifically chose these because they are labeled as "low arch" and from the photos it looked like they are pretty much flat. HOWEVER, they have a "ball" area in the middle of the foot, where the foam is denser and thicker. It's like you're stepping on a rubber ball smack in the middle of your shoe. I suppose it's meant to be a feature, a massage point or something, but I found it extremely uncomfortable so I ended up shaving that area down.I'm happy to say the insoles feel GREAT with that modification. The standard I am trying to reach with these insoles is the Sketchers GoWalk Goga Mat sneakers which I consider to be the absolute softest, most comfortable shoes out there. Some people complain that the GoWalks are too soft and therefore offer no support or stability. I'm ok trading that for comfort. So I think these insoles come fairly close to the Sketchers GoWalk sneakers. I actually got these in hopes of saving another pair of Sketchers that have memory foam instead of Goga Mat that I bought, thinking I would get used to the memory foam. Well, I never did and I vow to never even consider anything with memory foam again! They were ready to go to Goodwill, but I thought I would look for an inner sole that could hopefully provide a little comfort in the shoes. The Xinofoots did the trick! They are very comfortable with the fix of removing the "ball" in the middle.I wrote this more lengthy review because I would have liked to have known about the "ball" in the middle before I made the purchase. At least I would have been prepared. Gladly I was able to remedy that fairly easily. But this product would have been a 5/5 if it was just flat, because overall the foam is pretty soft and comfortable. I do agree with some of the reviewers that it could have more cushioning in the front part for the balls of the feet.UPDATE: Having used all 3 pairs from this set, I found myself needing another pair. So I decided to try Xinifoot again, but attempt to find a set that did not have that ball in the middle of the foot. I looked through all the Xinifoot options and found the "Basketball pattern" which seemed like they did not have that ball in the middle of the foot, and indeed they do not. However, the material from that set is more firm and dense than these and therefore not as soft and comfortable. So yes those other ones are flat with no ball in the middle, but they are not as soft and comfortable.I'll use those basketball pattern ones in another pair of shoes that don't need as soft an insert. But I will definitely NOT buy those again and will opt for these instead. I would rather have to cut out that ball than to settle for a firmer insert.

I have to buy men's inserts because I have big wide man feet. lolAnyway, I love these! They're everything they need to be and nothing they don't need to be. I'm a hairstylist so I'm up on my feet all day and need extra cushioning. These have a bit of spring which is really nice and they taper down thinner in the ball/toe area so my feet don't get squished in my shoes.Another guy wrote about a "ball" in the arch area which is accurate. I think the material is made to be more dense there which creates that effect. I was worried about that because I can be sensitive to too much arch support myself and I was glad for the heads up. I trimmed my insert in the back and the front to be sure that fell into the deepest part of my arch and that worked well for me and I'm not bothered by it.

I've bought so many different kinds of insoles and so far, these are the most comfortable. I can't stand the rigid arch support insoles. Gel insoles are too firm and memory foam goes flat fast. These are springy and resillient and feel like they are cradling your feet. They could offer a little more arch support and the front part is a little thin (as other reviews mention,) but if like me, you're looking for that pillowy feeling, these will give you that.I did not find that they made my shoes feel tighter. The heel seems thick but it compresses under your weight, so it's not a problem. I've had them in two different pairs of shoes for six weeks now and they are not noticeably worn down. At this price, I can afford to replace them when they do. I wear a women's size ten and purchased men's size 8-11 and trimmed them to fit.

Insoles are too bulky which make the foot very tight and uncomfortable.
