With these be gentle with the wiring because it will brake a part from the light. Was able to install three out of the four.

Impressively Very bright but DO NOT ALTERNATE SYNC! That’s not mentioned anywhere! Worth the extra few bucks to buy ones that do. I’ll be replacing these soon.

Employing a switching arrangement I now have a choice of siren, buzzer and strobe lights for my car alarm. I mounted one strobe light in the roof of the cab and installed another in a light on the exterior of the box of a RV. Today, being overcast, I have come to appreciate the brightness of these lights. They are quite bright when you look directly at them. That you only need to cut a hole with a circle saw bit in a drill makes these easy to mount.The necessity for strobe lights as an alternative to siren arose when my neighbour purchased a retro car with a Hollywood muffler. The car runs whisper quiet like any vehicle, but when the driver accelerates it lets out an unmuffled, vibrating roar that besides being annoying sets off car alarms. A roar is followed a second later by a siren from the car alarm making it sound like the cops are chasing him. You know the rest. Boys will be boys. In order to put an end to his amusement I installed strobe lights as an alternative to the siren. I expect that this arrangement will be effective without disturbing other people that live on the same block.

I bought the all white version to enhance the day time visibility of the rear of the vehicles. The lights are just OK bright even on the test bench. They were a "yawn", these will do, instead of a "crap, where's my shades" moment. They just accomplish the job. Installed as direct fire, with no tinting or lensing in the way, they might be better.
