For dark colours we recommend washing twice before using as the colours may run.
Machine wash max 40°c with like colours.

Bought this for my new hot yoga classes, and find that I use it for Bodybalance classes as well. I daresay I'll bring it on hols too as an easy to pack yoga mat in its own right. I thought it was expensive at first, but it's great value for the quality.

Was man wissen muss: die Auflage ist sehr glatt und rutschig, solange man noch nicht schwitzt. Dann hat sie einen sehr guten Grib. Zur Matte hin verrutscht sie bei mir gar nicht. Lässt sich gut waschen.

I use this when I'm just doing some stretching on a smooth gym floor or similar. The non slip dots on the back do seem to work well if your movements aren't too aggressive. I don't think I would try to do yoga on this, but for my use for light stretching and lengthening exercises it works good.
