I used this chair for the first time and wrote in about one of the legs being bent and it was getting worse. As soon as I sent the message the leg snapped sending me toppling to the ground and no one will respond about replacing the legs and now one is snapped and the others bent from the leg breaking. I was so excited about this chair

We have used 2 of these for many years. They are comfortable. These are wider than some other models so check the specs when ordering this type of seating. Wider is more comfortable. They are lightweight and easy to carry when walking or in bike panniers. They are a bit hard to put together the first few times but get easier. After assembling the frame, put the top of the back cover on first and make sure it is pulled down al the way on the vertical rods before trying to attach the bottom of the seat. We love these chairs and have found the previous ones to be very durable.

My husband was so excited about these chairs. When we got them, he couldn't wait to try them out.He put it up and said look honey these will work.Well, he weighs way less than 200 lbs. He sat in the chair saying this isn't bad, when the chair broke and he fell to the floor unexpectedly.I would not recommend this product to anyone.Not to mention the return is not easy, I'm still waiting for the return label from the company.I'm just thankful I bought them through Amazon. What a pain.
