The printer failed after 3 months. The "open sensor" believes the lid is open, even when closed. Zebra support sends you down a phone-tree spiral that goes nowhere.

We have a number of very old Zebra printers, and decided to try a new one. What a revelation. This unit is more compact than the older ones, and it prints faster and with sharper print than the older ones. It's better in virtually every way. Our older ones sometimes drop the USB connection for seemingly no reason at all - not this one. Solid connection, always. Literally the only thing I'm not a fan of is the membrane buttons on the front for control. I prefer actual buttons like the one on the older Zebras. But it's a small complaint, so I won't dock it any stars.

Extremely frustrating. I was successful in linking the printer with my mobile device through Bluetooth, but I was not able to successfully print anything because the two devices were on different networks. Printer was returned.
