First of all I ordered wrong size on order,my fault. Contacted about a refund and ordered correct size. Fast shipping, fast refund. Item was just what was needed. Built house 4 years ago, flow of gutter was wrong. This corrected it for us. Color was spot on. Easy to install, removed old one, put this one on. Thank you!

I purchased 2 of these downspouts to swap on my gutters to direct water out of an enclave on my house that original elbows pointed in the wrong direction. After only 1 downspout arrived, I contacted seller who responded immediately. I sent pics of the package it arrived in and within minutes had another on the way. Mistakes happen, it's how we deal with them that makes a great or bad business. Very happy with the service as well as the product.

I needed to run my downspout off to the side of my house and it runs close to the ground so this side way elbow was the perfect solution, when your running it close to the ground it helps to have the 90 degree elbow. What was odd was that as far as I know Lowe’s, Home Depot and Maynard’s does not sell this piece or at least none of them had the 90 degree elbow in my area.
