Very clear voice quality and microphone. This was my first tome buying a refurbished product and it has not disappointed. It was packaged like new, i am very happy with it. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using this for about 10 days and so far so good. It’s a conference calling speaker for use with Teams, and Zoom. I have used it with both and it works perfectly.I haven’t really used the Bluetooth feature yet so I can’t comment on that.Don’t expect high quality sound for music or entertainment, that’s not what this speaker is meant for.This product does everything Anker says it will do and looks great on my desk!
