While most people think a hammock is only good for summertime, I for one think that the best time for a hammock is in winter, here is why; Canada, being cold 6 months and the other 6 months having non-stop construction, it is perfect to get away from everything and responsibilities and camp out in the woods for a few days.Jokes aside, this is a great hammock, the setup was easy, and it was able to hold me, a 6ft, 270LBS behemoth well for a few nights out in the cold. While this does not shield anyone from the possibility of getting a frostbite while winter camping, this will for sure keep you of the wet ground, a problem I personally face when using a cheap tent without a tarp. While I cannot comment over its durability in the long run, I can be certain if it can withstand me during freezing weather, it will have no problem being useful for a few years to the average camper. Great addition for sure.

I bought this hammock last spring and took it on several camping trips and day trips to the beach last summer. It's incredibly comfortable and so relaxing. The 2-person hammock fits my boyfriend and I well, but can work for 1 person too — I actually kind of like how the extra fabric can create a "cocoon" of sorts for one!For safety, we decided to use two additional carabiners to ensure the straps won't loosen from the tree when fastened (see picture to show what I mean). Having said that, I chose this hammock because I like the loop-style tree straps better than effectively tying a rope around the tree.

This hammock is too big for my older 9 foot stand. I was hoping to replace that hammock without buying a new stand. Having said that, I am very happy with this hammock. It hangs well from the posts in my breezeway, or from the rails on my back deck - I just won't be able to use it at our vacation property since the trees were decemated several years ago by the pine bark beetle. This is a very comfortable hammock. I have nearly fallen asleep in it each time I have tried it, and I don't tend to be able to nap. It seems to be very sturdy, and is easy to set up and fold back down into its bag.

Like hit summer songs that attach themselves to summers of the past, the last summer or so was the summer of the running inflatable lounger - you know the one where the user has to run around like a fool trying to catch wind to fill up the lounger. Perhaps this product and design isn't new, but it is to us and we don't really know anyone that's used it. I have a feeling once we start using this around our friends will ask all about it, like it, everyone will get one, and this summer might just be the summer of the portable hammock.Portability is the biggest key here as it just comes in a carrying bag that you'd barely notice anywhere in your car. That said, given how small it is, to how large it expands to and how many people can use it, it definitely has a great "package size to usability" ratio if that's a thing. 2 of us, even larger adults, have been able to comfortably use it simultaneously - and yes, it does depends on how you set it up. You just need two secure points, which for example in a park would be 2 trees, and for us it's a tree and a beam on the house in the backyard. As long as it holds up it's surely a recommended product that may just displace our never-seem-to-properly-inflate loungers.

Super lightweight, weighs almost nothing, compact, and feels very comfortable when lying down.I was planning my summer camping trips the other weekend and wanted to find something portable that I could throw up anywhere. Came across this hammock online and decided to purchase it given the price is very competitive.Pros:- Looks great, really nice orange colour for the hammock- Material quality is good, strong, not made cheaply- VERY compact, really packs up nice and light- Easy to travel with- Easy set-up, takes only a few minutes- Straps hold a lot of weight, no problem for one person- Lightweight storage- Price is right, not overly expensiveIt’s currently winter so I haven’t had a chance to test it outdoors yet, but I set it up in my basement and works great. Would certainly recommend to others. Good purchase for the price!

This is probably one of my all time favorite purchases. Its incredibly easy to set up, I finish in about 2mins and get to relax while I watch my tent friends struggle. But...THIS IS NOT WATERPROOF! I would highly recommend in buying a good quality tarp because being caught in even a light sprinkle is not fun in this. The "carrying case" is attached to the hammock and turns into a nice sized pocket when set up.I believe its advertised as a two person but I wouldnt recommend it unless its two children. As a 5'4 person I'd say its a good size for me, my small quilt used for padding, my sleeping bag, and pillow.I used it for a week long camping trip and I occasionally set it up on my porch. Its held up really well. I'll add pictures if I can find them.
