This fishing net is a great tool for both beginners and experienced anglers. The netting is strong and tangle-free, and the handle feels sturdy and lightweight, making it easy to maneuver. I especially like the rubber-coated mesh—it’s gentle on the fish and makes catch-and-release much easier.

The net worked flawlessly. The only thing I can say is it a great wade fishing net. It floated well and was easy to see with the color I picked. Even gaf top slime came off with ease.

Nice net. A little bigger than I anticipated. It does float and well made. Only down side is that hooks get caught in the net easily and are very tricky to remove

Like others, I purchased this net and added a pvc handle. I fish out of a kayak and this net is light weight, sturdy and floats. My issue has been three prong hooks/hard baits snagging in the netting. I have used the net now for a few months and each time I have had to untangle lures. I release most of what I catch and the added time needed to untangle some bait/fish has me moving on to something different.

Have not been able to use this net yet, waiting for Spring, but it looks, feels and seems perfect for which I have intended for my Kayak fishing.

How and why I picked this net:I mostly bass fish from a 14ft radisson canoe and had been looking for a good medium sized hoop fishing net and didn’t take up to much space. I also wanted a rubber net that was a bit more tangle free and didn’t peel the slime coat off the fish. I happened to stumble upon Greg Blanchard YouTube videos and saw this net.My thoughts:Awesome, awesome net for us small boat bass guys. Takes up no space, is light, cost effective, tangle free, and is better for the fish. I’ve tried most of the smaller nets from Walmart and none compare. I wasn’t inclined to purchase a more expensive kayak net so this fit the bill.One Criticism:It’s a small one and other reviewers have posted this. The stock handle is very small. Probably due in part that the net is a wadding net for trout fishing. I tried the net before extending with 1” inch PVC Hand extension like others on here and found that it took a bit longer to land fish boat side as I missed them a bit (fishing and catching 3lb + smallies). It still worked well but i did extend my handle with PVC and grip material and it’s now perfect.Overall it’s a great net. As a small boat angler it’s the best I have come across at a great price.
