This is a attractive faucet that includes all of the parts required for installation, and passable instructions that should be enough for most do-it-yourselfers.It works perfectly, and once it was installed we have been very happy. The only criticism of the faucet is that the cartridge/ handle is a little stiff. This may loosen up with time.The install was quite troublesome, as the length of the threaded shaft at the base of the faucet was not long enough to be installed without modification on our countertop. We have a standard stainless steel sink and composite countertops. Quite literally, the most average middle-class kitchen counter.I needed to make slight modification to my counter, and remove one of the rubber o-rings from the install kit in order to get adequate thread engagement for the install.Although I am not a plumber, this is the third faucet I have installed in this kitchen, and by far it was the most complicated. I have to take this into account, as at this price; I suspect other do-it-yourselfers are likely to consider this product.

The brushed nickel finish looks modern and resists fingerprints well. The pull-down sprayer is handy, switching smoothly between stream and spray for rinsing and cleaning. While solidly built from stainless steel, it feels more like a great value option than ultra-premium. Easy installation makes it DIY-friendly. This is great for laundry, outdoor, garage and RV sinks.

I recently changed one like these bought at hardware store for over $200,00.I don't get why this one is $65,99. Is it to promote it or they found the way to lower the cost without lowering quality? Anyway, looking at it it is the same quality as my other ones (old or newly installed).Any faucets will need replacements sometime. They tend to last 10-12 years. So buying one $200,00 or this one you'll have the same thing and both warranties won't be valid when it's time to replace them.As with most (90% of them) the end spout is plastic. The holes are rubber and the buttons plastic (which is a good thing as rubber buttons will wear off much faster as per my experience).Excellent buy.
