I used to be a pretty high level player in Rocket League (I was competitive in tourneys vs teams up to 2000-2100 mmr and was pretty high on some speedrun leaderboards).The TMR joysticks are a huge upgrade compared to the Hall effect sticks in the t4k and also much better than the x360/x1/ds4/ds5 potentiometer sticks.The buttons are good as well, the overall latency of everything is very good. The software is a big improvement compared to the t4k.Visually it's pretty good looking, but that's a personal preference.My only issue with the controller is the lack of a cable guard that can be put in the phone holder slot, which the G7 pro will have. Hopefully they make one for this controller as well.If you're a high level player or aim to be one (in a game that heavily uses the joysticks) I'd highly recommend this

I have wanted a good game controller for my Android box and my gaming laptop for a while now. Using the Gamesir controller taught me a little about the limitations of a controller in each environment. On Android, the app would not install, even though the device mees the requirements. Even without it, though, the controller worked well, navigating the OS interface easily. In the game I tested, it did not do well. In the gameplay, it worked fine, but it did nothing in the setup and launch screens. This may be more the fault of the app, as I understand controller compatible apps in Android can be hard to find.On my laptop, in game performance was a lot better, largely due to Steam's built in controller compatibility. The controls, especially the aiming, takes a little getting used to from someone who is used to using a mouse, but everything responds well. In the OS, however, it does nothing at all, not even navigate through desktop icons. It would be nice to have a mouse mode that would move the cursor in response to the stuck or D pad, for a more laid back experience on Windows.The quality of the controller itself is excellent. It is a little weighty and comfortable in the hand. It has slightly textured grips, making it somewhat slip resistant. It's definitely built to a higher standard than the cheap controllers available on the market.Considering its mid-range price and it's usability, I would have no hesitation recommending this to someone who is looking for a good controller, as long as you have the patience to spend a little time figuring out the configuration.

I've used several GameSir game controllers over the years, and this model, the Cyclone 2 Pro Wireless, is the latest compatible PC, Switch, Android, and iOS controller. Note that it isn't licensed for Xbox and, therefore, is incompatible with that platform, though it operates as an Xbox Controller on PC. This is also the Standard Version, so the available aluminum alloy charging stand isn't included—just the controller.Constructed of matte and translucent black plastic, the controller feels durable, rigid and on par with an OEM Xbox controller. It features GameSir Mag-Res TMR Sticks (like Hall Effect but with lower power draw), Hall Effect Triggers with Hair Trigger or Analog Trigger modes or a Micro Switch Hair Trigger Mode. In addition to the typical rumble motors, 6-axis Gyro compatibility for the Switch, 2 Back Buttons and a 1000Hz Polling Rate. The controller also supports multiple input configurations, including DS4, Xinput, HID, and NS. Finally, to top things off, there are RGB Lighting Strips inside along the upper grips of the controller, and I'll be honest, they look incredible through the black translucent plastic.The TMR sticks felt good, not too loose, and the XYAB buttons felt smooth and tactile. The D-Pad is also much quieter click than a standard OEM Xbox Controller and feels excellent. Bumpers have a soft click, and the Hall Effect Triggers also felt good. I didn't experience any issues with them registering accurately in-game. If there were one thing I would like to see in the future, it would be rubberized grips for the underneath section of the grips. Connection to your PC is via wired, Bluetooth or the included 2.4 GHz dongle. The 860mAh battery seems adequate, and I didn't find myself reaching for a charging cable during my gaming sessions.Overall, this is an upgrade over your typical OEM Xbox Controller for use on PC. Unfortunately, it isn't officially licensed for Xbox, which would have been great given the form factor and features. Regardless, this is currently the best controller available from GameSir, and it does show from the build quality and comprehensive feature set. On PC, I'd recommend installing the GameSir Connect software to access the full customization of the RGB lighting, along with the polling rates, trigger configurations, etc... the software is thorough and worth installing.It is an easily recommended buy if you are looking for a quality-built game controller that exceeds the OEM controller options at savings.

J'étais assez sceptique au début en voyant cette manette sur internet. J'ai sauté le pas et franchement, je ne regrette pas du tout. Tout est fonctionnel. Les gâchettes sont ultra-réactives, les joysticks ultra-précis. L'application qui permet de paramétrer la manette est plus que complète. J'ai fait plusieurs tests de polling rate et on est soit à quasiment 1000 Hz, soit un peu au-dessus ; avec ces différents tests, j'oscille entre 0,8 et 1,2 ms de temps de réponse, c'est incroyablement réactif. Les boutons arrière (palettes communément appelées) tombent parfaitement sous les doigts, le positionnement est ultra-ergonomique. La texture de la manette est vraiment bien agrippante.Étant joueur de FPS sur PC, cette manette a réellement changé ma manière de jouer et je prends plus de plaisir à jouer avec les technologies embarquées.Niveau prix, c'est quasiment donné. On est sur une manette qui rivalise directement avec les manettes pro comme Scuf (manettes qui, au passage, n'ont pas de joystick magnétique et qui tombent souvent en panne d'après ce que j'ai vu).Donc, je recommande fortement cette manette. Même si elle tient 1 an, je ne serais pas déçu, j'en rachèterais une nouvelle sans problème.Il s'agit de mon avis personnel. Avant d'acheter cette manette, je me suis renseigné énormément, notamment avec des vidéos de YouTubeurs tech qui connaissent vraiment le domaine. Je vous invite à faire pareil avant de penser à acheter quoi que ce soit.

If you are looking for good decent Joystick this it that. Instead of going with Xbox joystick this is much better with software support and custom LED on joystick.

Great controller I really really like the clicky buttons and clicky triggers but I hate the buttons on the back they annoy the heck out of me but I’ll train myself to just ignore them. For some reason my hands can’t get comfortable with this controller it’s literally the same shape as a standard xbox controller idk why but my hands start to hurt after like 5-10 minutes. Maybe it’s the different material of the controller or because the controller is lighter than standard xbox controllers. This controller is unbearable with kontrol freeks so if you want kontrol freeks and you don’t got big hands I’d probably get a ps5 controller lol. I’m going to adjust to this controller and see where I am in a couple weeks, I think I just have to get used to it. Great controller but beware you may have a similar experience as me
