Motion sickness and doesn't fit my head well (I do have a huge head), it's not for me.I stopped playing with VR games because of motion sickness so I guess i'm starting to get too sensive.I guess glasses like these are not for me.

DISCLAIMER: I got this controller for free when purchasing a pair of Viture Pro XR glasses.Pros:+ Gamepad is very comfortable. It's a bit on a small side. If you have small hands, it will be very comfortable. I have large hands, and I still find this gamepad quite comfortable.+ Thumbsticks, buttons, D-Pad, shoulder and triggers feel good. Has a premium feel. Everyone who tries any 8bitdo ultimate are always impressed by the feel and its quality.+ good battery life. They claim 16h gameplay with 2h charge time, which feels about right, but haven't really measured.+ Has built-in Gyroscope, which is now my favourite way to aim in FPS gamesCons:- It has ALPS thumbsticks instead of HAL effect thumbsticks: This means that over time, the wear and tear on the thumbsticks will potentially lead to some drifting.- Like mentioned in the description, the physical buttons show a typical xbox layout (BAYX), but the mapping is using the nintendo layout (ABXY). I just find it annoying that the gamepad didn't come pre-re-mapped to BAYX.- triggers are digital, not analogue. After all, any 8bitdo C Bluetooth controllers including this special edition one is essentially a switch controller.- Doesn't come with a charging dockPersonally, I only got it because it came with the Viture Pro XR for free. I don't think I would ever purchase any 8bitdo ultimate C bluetooth controller for the reasons I mentioned above. I have the 8bitdo ultimate bluetooth controller with charging dock. One white and one black. They have all the same features than this gamepad, except the thumbsticks are HAL effect and will last forever with no drift over time (in theory), and it comes with a charging dock, and the battery is larger (~22h gameplay), and it has a switch on the back that changes it to 2.4Ghz instead of bluetooth, giving you an X-input gamepad mode instead of Nintendo switch. In 2.4Ghz mode, you lose the Gyro, but you gain analogue triggers. And you get 2 extra back paddle programmable buttons. I also purchased BAYX buttons replacement directly from 8bitdo and upgraded them both because I prefer the Xbox layout. I'm a little sad that Viture didn't go with these higher premium variant of the 8bitdo ultimate.

I bought it as a controller to use with my remote Xbox glasses xr and it’s ok but maybe just a normal controller would have been better

Not only are the ab xy buttons swapped. They are swapped in such a weird way that the controller is wrong for everything except their neckband.If they wanted to use a dinput Nintendo style controller for their neck band they should of just accepted dinput Nintendo button layout instead of making the controller worse and confusing for every other application.Its wrong for switch, its wrong for android, its wrong for steam.And even if you do the Nintendo button layout swap in Steam settingsas Viture suggests, its still wrong but in a different and confusing way with button positions and labelling.Poor button layout implementation makes this controller which I received free with glasses so annoying that it truly deserves 1 star for inventing a problem that shouldn't have existed.

Works well with my viture neckbands. I have discovered it works well with my Samsung pad too. Very versatile. Fairly long battery life.
