I have had a problem with pronation in my feet for several years. While chiropractor appointments brought relief, it was only temporarily. As a result of the pronation, I often had problems with my ankles, knees and hips, especially when engaging in exercise.I bought these gel pads in hopes of improving the pronation after my foot doctor and chiropractor suggested a custom orthopedic at $600! I wear flip flops indoors so I simply attached these to the flip flops as instructed. Within the first week, I noticed that my inner ankles were visibly straighter as before they were curved. After the second week, I started to exercise and noticed reverse lunges were very different. Previously when I did the lunges, my knees and ankles were not aligned which also affected my hips. After using this product, my knees and ankles are now perfectly aligned with no hip pain. What a great product! I highly recommend this! And the price is very reasonable.

I have over-supination and it destroys all of my shoes and my knees. These are super easy and comfortable and has made a huge difference with my knee and ankle pain. Customer support is great too.

The pads are shorter and not as thick as they seem in the pictures.

Good product meets expectations to support supination .. however it is designed to be glued to one pair of shoes .. the catch is the price .. you have to pay the full price for each pair of shoes you use .. that makes the product too expensive .. unless you use only one pair of shoes in your life .. I would suggest that the product should include three devices for the same price .. otherwise it is not competitive with similar products that sell three devices for a comparable or even less price.

I play tennis 4 to 5 times/week. The old knees were starting to hurt after a couple of hours on the court. I wasn't going to stop playing, but needed a fix. After talking to a sports injury expert, these and PowerStep inserts were recommended for me. Wow, what a difference! No knee pain and no foot pain either. The combo has helped improve my game 10 fold as Im not worrying if I'm going to pop a knee. These little gel pads are perfectly designed to correct my gait. I just slipped them under the insoles and they don't move. So pleased with this product. I bought more for my clay tennis shoes so I don't have to bother swapping them out. Ive been wearing them for about 6mths and they don't seem to need replacement yet.

Good solid big heel that seems to stick well

I got these to help correct supination. They are made out of a clear silicone-like material that is sturdy but still flexible for comfort when standing on them. For the past month, I've used them almost daily and have not had the silicone flatten out at all and don't believe that it will in the future, either. The adhesive sticks well. I haven't had to move them, so I can't say how well they would continue to stick afterwards. I recommend putting them UNDER the insoles of your shoes, if you are able, because the higher back and outer edge are rounded so, if you are wearing socks or stockings, your heel tends to slide a little and pushes your foot a bit forward inside your shoe. (However, I don't believe this would happen if using them with a bare foot inside the shoe, as the silicone insert would tend to "grab" onto your skin and hold your foot in place better.) With the inserts put UNDER the shoe's insole, the rounded edge is covered so your foot stays in place when wearing socks or stockings. The gradual incline height of the insoles are good to comfortably help correct the foot's supination and seems to make my ankles and knees feel better.
