Case has worked flawlessly so long as you plug it in to charge. Be gentle with the charging port (no yanking removals) and it should last for years just like any other standalone power bank

Best design and mold on the market but last 2 i bought failed to charge anymore after 35 and 40 days…. Very disappointing. would give it 5/5 if they lasted for atleast a year

Easy to use and overnight full charge. This case also allows you to link with apple MacBook to exchange data. Beware not all cases that claim this work I had to return another make as it only charged the battery.

I get a charging case for every single phone I have cuz it's perfect for all the travelling I do.This one was a great price great format but it stopped charging after a couple months.I contacted the seller and they agreed to replace it under warranty no problem!Great service!

This battery case is very nice as it charges wirelessly and by the USB cord, and after using it for quite some time, my battery case would only charge wirelessly. I contacted the company, Newdery via email to let them know. They communicated quickly with me to find a resolution since I was under my manufacturer's warranty and replaced my case. Thank you to Newdery and their pleasant staff for helping me with my issue and replacing it.

The battery case is ok. It wont hold charge and there is a split formed in the back of the case on the outside. The battery case also gets hot
