I am so excited and ready for the hot summer months ahead. I received my Ranvoo Neck AC and so far so good. It has a nice heavy weight, not too heavy that you notice it around your neck. The quality is 100%, not cheap looking or feeling. The many settings will give you your own personal comfort. I'm happy I splurged!!

Impressive build quality. Feels sturdy and should survive commuting!Now whilst I have yet had the chance to properly put it through its paces on a particularly hot day, the cooling effect is impressive when I've tried it in the comfort of my own home. The heating function is also very impressive and instant.It's also very comfortable to wearIf there was one area for improvement it'd be the downward facing fan that blows down the back of your short - it'd benefit from a boost strength and direction.Will review again once we hit the summer highs.

This product is a life changer for me! I had been using neck fans which help a little but had to wear ear plugs cuz they were so loud. This product is whisper quiet, even on C3, the highest cooling setting. I was a bit skeptical about the product at first but after reviewing all the positive reviews about the product I decided to spend the money. Price was a bit on the high side but I really suffer from overheating issues and when I received and started using this product….well, to be honest I would have paid double for it, that’s how amazing this product is. It really is an AIR CONDITIONER for your neck, head and back! Game changer for. I really wish that I would have discovered this product sooner.
