Excellent product. It worked exactly as I hoped it would. When using, be sure to keep it oiled up and go back and forth. It cut the threads out perfectly for me.

Wanted to cut and rethread the shift shaft on my Cummins. This was the right size and it cut into the hardened shaft pretty well. The job is done

The gear wrench tap and does work really well. Especially at the low prices of individual pieces. Use them at work, I'm a shop foreman at car dealership.

I can't complain about the functionality of this product, it does exactly what it is intended to do. My only suggestion, would be that you have the ability to buy the tap and die as a set instead of having to purchase them separately. It would make for a simpler purchase if this was the case. Just a thought.
