These are the 1 3/8 inch elements that are the right size for my older Reliance water heater. I could not find these in town. This saved buying a new water heater. My elements were rusty and tough to remove. Don't try to use an element tool from a home store. You will waste your time and fail. Get a 1 1/2" socket and breaker bar to remove the elements.

Exactly what we needed since our tank is older but only needed a new element. This fit perfectly and we’re back to having nice hot water again!
