Easy to install and seems to be water tight and sturdy. would be better if the hinge pin was made out of metal instead of plastic.

Don't be fool, this dont come with the outlet which was the main reason of the purchase. There is better box out there for less and if you want to return it, you need to pay upfront forbthe shipping.Also the back of the box which you need to screw the outlet in it don't come with it purchase.

This outlet lock box looks decent and boasts 18 different applications. They have “punch outs” for the the holes (for the lock and for the cords) which do not come out unless you drill the lock hole out and cut out the cord hole(s). I initially assumed the punch outs would come out with a bit of finesse, nope the plastic breaks... I have tools and I was able to get this installed and configured the way I wanted it with only one small piece broken off. Second complaint is the plastic pin to hold the cover on, anyone with a small pocket knife could cut that pin rendering the “lock box” useless.If i were you I’d take a pass on this product, I do not recommend
